JOB SUMMARY



The incumbent will have direct responsibility for:

Advising and coaching management and employees on WHS matters
To provide support and commitment to the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy and SHE Management System
·       ANZ SHE Management System Administration and Maintenance aligned to legal and other updates (SHE IT Mgmt System)

·       Development, tracking and completion of SHE Improvement Plans in ANZ non-manufacturing business units

·       Execution of Risk Management program within ANZ non-manufacturing business units

·       Maintenance of ANZ SHE Legal Registers

·       Coordinate and participate in SHE Committee Meetings and other consultation structures (eg first aid officer committee/Emergency planning committee/vehicle safety committee)

·       Maintain document control standards and review processes

·       Assist in the development of training needs analysis and training schedules

·       Ensure operational control standards relevant to the ANZ non-manufacturing business units are developed and adhered to

·       Play an active role in the emergency preparedness and response and security requirements for each non-manufacturing site

Ensuring Behavioural and workplace Inspections (e.g. Job Observations/Safety Walks) are scheduled and implemented
·       Execute the annual Audit program for ANZ Non-Manufacturing business

·       Lead incident Investigation ensuring close out time lines are met.

Ensure records management processes are implemented
Develop routine and adhoc data trend reports for SHE
Analyise Internal KPI data
Return to Work Coordinator






KEY REQUIREMENTS



·       Experience with Management systems ideally certified or self insured

·       Relevant qualifications i.e. Diploma in SHE

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint/MS Excel and PowerPoint

·       Excellent Analytical skills

·       Must be organised, thorough and exercise sound judgement.

·       Engaging, communication and influencing skills – capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders – always going the extra step to ensure satisfaction.

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team based in Tatura, Victoria. Your responsibilities include:

Coordination and assistance with Supply Chain budgeting and forecasting. Monitor and understand key reasons for deviations from plan. Highlight opportunities to management, and suggest / help implement change improvements.
Assist with the preparation of Capital Proposals for the Tatura site and forecasting of Capex. Challenge appropriateness of projects, and be able to consider future implications / risks of significant structural changes at the site.
Reporting and analysis - monthly preparation of Factory reports and variance analysis, driving insight into actual performance, as well as presenting a clear understanding of the future direction of the site financial performance. Keep the wider business informed and engaged in the performance and activities the site is driving to improve margins.
Ensure key financial controls are in place and operational for the Tatura site. Key Finance contact at Tatura for annual audit.
Maintenance and update of WCM (world class manufacturing), preparing the annual site budget, and ensuring accurate allocation of factory costs. Provide category cost insight to business teams to drive decision making.

You will have tertiary qualification in Accounting or Business as well as having achieved or working towards CPA Qualifications. You will have advanced MS Excel which involves Pivot Tables, charts and complex functions to generate custom reports on request.

You will be a team player with fantastic communication skills with abilities to influence others and hold them accountable. You will have previously partnered a business in a similar role. Previous experience in manufacturing will be highly regarded. Of course, you will have high attention to detail to ensure you are able quickly recognise trends, errors and produce high quality reports within deadlines.
