Job Description
The Terminal Team Leader will be a Maritime specialist with the ability to understand and manage a range of technically related issues concurrently and provide advice on all marine matters for the Prelude Floating LNG.
The position shall ensure safe, efficient and professional maritime competency is exercised and delivered during the operations associated with the management of LNGC/LPGC/Condensate tankers programmed to off-take hydrocarbons from the Prelude FLNG.  This will be undertaken whilst ensuring that the requirements of Shell’s Transportation Manual Maritime Standards (TMMS) are upheld and in accordance with the guidance contained in the Marine Process Model
Your influence and maritime guidance will be required on all vessel movements within the Prelude safety zone in order to optimise efficiency whilst aligning with optimal planning and scheduling.
A part of your accountability will be to enforce the Lifting Agreement conditions and advise the Services Coordinator of any conflicts or transgressions that that may affect the efficiency of the off-take program.
You will ensure LNGC/LPGC/Condensate Tanker compatibility and compliance with Shell’s ‘Ship Assessment for Employment’ system, along with clearance verification process. You will conduct berth fit criteria checks for all nominated off-take tankers and that all operational processes under own control are executed in a timely manner and that exposure to potential demurrage is mitigated.

Some of the key deliverables and accountabilities of this role are:
    Support and facilitate S and E performance improvement.

    Develop inspection schedules for demonstration of compliance with QGC’s HSSEMS and SMP in consultation with HSSE Manager (Upstream Operations).
    Ensure S and E Team are informed of any changes to the HSSEMS that will have a direct or indirect impact on Operation’s activities.
    Preparation of reports on the S and E performance of the role’s area of responsibility as required.
    Implementation, maintenance and review of QGC S and E processes, procedures, reporting and monitoring practices.
    Facilitate the training of contractors on S and E requirements for Upstream Operations sites.
    Ensure regular checks on safe systems of work and approved tasks are completed to identify any unsafe or unsatisfactory conditions or behaviours.
    Investigates incidents in accordance with QGC requirements

    Proven ability to engage and coach team members to deliver quality work outcomes.
    Experience in providing technical guidance to juniors.
    Undergraduate Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other undergraduate qualification in a related field plus substantial occupational health and safety experience in a heavy industry (e.g. oil and gas, mining or construction but not manufacturing).
    Eligible for Chartered Professional Member or above of the Safety Institute of Australia (or equivalent professional accreditation).
    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, desirable.
    Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety legislative requirements, including the QLD Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act and Regulation 2004, QLD Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 and Regulation 2008, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.
    Knowledge of Safety Case requirements would be an advantage.

The Category Lead is responsible for developing and leading thought leadership and category growth for part of our Personal Care (PC) business; Skin cleansing includes iconic brands such as Dove, Lynx, Lux and Radox.

Through fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights, you will build customer facing category strategies to be deployed across the different customers and channels.
Core responsibilities include:
Developing customer facing category strategies; translating category marketing plans to customer and channel plans
Analysing and using shopper data to drive insights to support decision making and build customer strategies and stories
Financial modelling to support decision making
Bringing the outside world to the country category business team to ensure we have better plans tomorrow than we have today
Build channel strategies, including traditional and new (E-Com, Omni) channels
Support innovation decisions and building of NPD business cases
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions; including CD, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
Lead and own the S&OP Process
Ensure Range & Space is maximised through customer relationships and range review captaincy

You are:
As a Category professional you have skills across Customer Development, Category and Channel development. You use data and analytics to deliver robust story telling that puts the category first. You are independent and like to work autonomously to get the results needed but can easily adapt to the overarching collaborative environment at Unilever.

You must have FMCG experience and ideally have a passion for personal care brands.
We are a complex matrix organisation so it’s important that you have experience of working in similarly intricate business and can manage multiple internal/ external stakeholders with varying priorities.
