ROLE INTRODUCTION
This role is a great opportunity if you are an experienced Lab Manager or Continuous Improvement officer or have experience in Manufacturing and are looking to gain a new skillset. You will be responsible for continuous improvement across the factory and will manage an engaged and committed team of 3 Lab Technicians.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Internal audits and following through with action plans
Monitoring trends; KPI’s; losses, and highlight gaps and area’s for improvement
Ensuring the smooth workflow of the laboratory
Manage your team and help foster a high performing environment

Ideally you will have:
Qualifications in Science or Technology – Lab Skills; internal or external auditing
Experience in Food Manufacturing or Laboratory Management
