Finance
In a Finance Internship Program, you will partnership with a number of business functions within the business. As Finance is an integral function you will work within top talent experienced teams and lead your own projects.

Unilever Australasia are offering talented students the chance to participate in a 12-week summer Internship Programme.

This is a paid internship which gives invaluable work experience at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands like Dove, Omo, Lipton and Rexona. No company touches so many people’s lives in so many different ways.


Qualifications required for the Finace function:
You must be in your penultimate (second to last) year of study
You must hold a minimum of a credit average or above
You must hold an Australian Permanent Resident /Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship
You will be able to demonstrate your leadership potential through an exciting and challenging intern assignment at Unilever. Our internship programme gives you real work from day one, with clear deliverables and a plan to develop your skills during the internship.

Over the three-month internship, you will be assigned a business leader as your personal mentor, provided strong line manager support and will be able to join the peer community of graduates on the Unilever Future Leaders Programme. If you do well in your internship, you will also be given a special fast track ticket to the final stage of selection for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme for graduates.

The programme will commence from December 2018 to March 2019 and will be based in our offices in Sydney. You will need to be available full time during this period, (excluding the holiday period of Christmas and New Year).

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer is a member of the Engineering Team responsible for technical project support at Unilever’s Home and Personal Care (HPC) Factory at North Rocks. The Project Engineer is responsible for taking on the management of project activities to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget while also being able to plan and provide technical advice where needed.


JOB SUMMARY
·     Accountable for planning and delivering project outcomes in line with the North Rocks Site Master Plan
·    Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, communications and change controls
· Manage all factory technical change and development ensuring performance, cost, safety and quality targets are met
·     Work with the North Rocks Factory Leadership team to deliver excellent service in supporting production, maintenance and technical projects across production lines and mixing plants 
·     Implement regular reviews to evaluate progress against master plan
·     Build effective relationships with Operations Leaders to aid identification of key improvement areas across production lines and mixing plants. 
·     Conduct, participate in and review risk assessments for new equipment or processes
·     Manage sub-contractors onsite ensuring safety, quality and environmental compliance



KEY REQUIREMENTS

·       Tertiary qualified in Engineering
·       Strong experience in the manufacturing industry
·       Experience with FMCG products - previous experience in either Aerosols or HPC is desirable
·       Experience in implementation of WCM programs
·       Strong influencing and negotiation skills
·       Exceptional planning and communications skills

The role:
This Account Management role is within our Petrol & Convenience (P&C) channel and is focused predominately on our ice cream & ready-to-drink tea categories within two of our largest accounts.

An experienced Account Manager, ideally from an FMCG background and are familiar with the Out-of-Home model and P&C channel. You are self-motivated with a collaborative approach to working in a high performing team. You take a hands-on approach and thrive in a busy and fast paced environment where you are working on a variety of different things at any one time.

You have high energy, strong attention to detail with the ability to be organised, proactive and have thorough follow up. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong financial, commercial acumen. You will be targeted on turn over, market share & trade spend numbers along with ensuring forecasting is correct.

You are also structured and rigorous in your approach to your work, always striving for best practise.

You are:
As a Category professional you have skills across Customer Development, Category and Channel development. You use data and analytics to deliver robust story telling that puts the category first. You are independent and like to work autonomously to get the results needed but can easily adapt to the overarching collaborative environment at Unilever.

You must have FMCG experience and ideally have a passion for personal care brands.

JOB SUMMARY



The incumbent will have direct responsibility for:

Advising and coaching management and employees on WHS matters
To provide support and commitment to the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy and SHE Management System
·       ANZ SHE Management System Administration and Maintenance aligned to legal and other updates (SHE IT Mgmt System)

·       Development, tracking and completion of SHE Improvement Plans in ANZ non-manufacturing business units

·       Execution of Risk Management program within ANZ non-manufacturing business units

·       Maintenance of ANZ SHE Legal Registers

·       Coordinate and participate in SHE Committee Meetings and other consultation structures (eg first aid officer committee/Emergency planning committee/vehicle safety committee)

·       Maintain document control standards and review processes

·       Assist in the development of training needs analysis and training schedules

·       Ensure operational control standards relevant to the ANZ non-manufacturing business units are developed and adhered to

·       Play an active role in the emergency preparedness and response and security requirements for each non-manufacturing site

Ensuring Behavioural and workplace Inspections (e.g. Job Observations/Safety Walks) are scheduled and implemented
·       Execute the annual Audit program for ANZ Non-Manufacturing business

·       Lead incident Investigation ensuring close out time lines are met.

Ensure records management processes are implemented
Develop routine and adhoc data trend reports for SHE
Analyise Internal KPI data

KEY REQUIREMENTS



·       Experience with Management systems ideally certified or self insured

·       Relevant qualifications i.e. Diploma in SHE

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint/MS Excel and PowerPoint

·       Excellent Analytical skills

·       Must be organised, thorough and exercise sound judgement.
